Maestro is born halfway between a tavern and a wine bar. Almost 200 national and international wine references have been selected by the sommelier of the house to “surprise beyond the obvious”.
Some wines are served by the glass and the gastronomic offer is completed with local tapas (local cheeses and cold meats, selected pickles, smoked meats and other specialties) and the delicious “maestros” (masters), a gourmet interpretation of two classic sandwiches. All the Maestro's offer is available to take away, as in a sophisticated grocery store.
The space has been design by Estudio Flop from Seville, focusing on dark chestnut wood like old ships barrels that carried wine overseas. With a sober design and a contemporary language, a serene, intimate atmosphere is created where the product stands out.
